REDLINE

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Redline ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Redline is a messaging vulnerability analysis tool. You submit text (press releases, public statements, memos, and other communications), and Redline analyzes it for strategic vulnerabilities using AI-powered modules. The Service provides structured feedback, grading, and optional draft optimization.

3. Not Professional Advice

Redline is a tool to assist with communications strategy. It is not a substitute for professional communications, legal, or public relations advice. Analysis results are AI-generated assessments and should be reviewed critically. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, regardless of Redline's analysis or suggestions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Free tier: Includes a limited number of analyses at no charge.
  • Individual plan: Billed monthly at the rate displayed on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you submit to Redline. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your text solely to provide analysis results. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any text for analysis. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying analysis models or prompts.
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without authorization.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Submit content designed to manipulate, exploit, or test the AI system rather than for legitimate analysis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Redline name, logo, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. Analysis report formats, module structures, and grading methodologies are proprietary. You may share individual reports (via the share feature) but may not reproduce the Service itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall Redline be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Deletion permanently removes your account, all saved analyses, presets, and associated data. This action cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
